Now, before you even get to the business of signing up for a Bitsafe account, you need to first submit your application on the website, complete the ID validation and pass your training assessment.
You will not need your Bitsafe account if you ended up failing your assessment or worst, you didn't even get past there because your ID was rejected. Listen, fellas.
ID validation is a very important part of the process next to submission of your application.

Troubleshoot Tip 1: If you have filled in the information above and the Apply button seemed to be grayed out, go back to the motivation box and make sure you answered with 150 characters at least. If it still is not working, refresh the page.
✅ Avoid typographical errors when typing in your email, always double-check before clicking Submit.
✅ Check your spam folders if the email has not arrived in a few hours.

After completing the form, you would receive an email almost immediately after submitting an application on the website.
Once the email has arrived, it would look like this:
It will ask you to verify your email. Click on Verify Email Address then you will be brought to this Quick Registration Portal:
It will ask for your Nationality, Gender, Languages, Date of Birth, and Amenable Hours you can work. As you proceed, you will get the Start Verification prompt facilitated by Evalid.IO:
Note: This is where your need your ID ready. Below is the list of ID's required:

Why do we ask for your personal ID?
When you apply for a job at our company, we need to check that you are who you say you are.
We do this for three main reasons:
✅ To check if you are old enough to work for us (18+)
✅ To prevent fraud
✅ Tp confirm your identity so that we can process payments to the right person
We do this by using an external service to check the ID. When everything is checked and verified correctly, we will allow you to proceed with your application. To ensure this process runs smoothly, please sign up using your name as it appears on your ID.
Troubleshoot Tip 2: There are instances where applicants tried using other primary IDs existing to apply and were approved eventually. You can try doing this by choosing National Identity Card and uploading the ID you have present.
Now, there is no guarantee that the ID will be approved but it would not hurt to try.
WHAT'S NEXT ⬇️
After completion, you will receive a new email if the ID has been validated. This can be within a few hours or within the day. The ID will either be rejected or approved.
Troubleshoot Tip 3: If your ID was rejected, from the email there should be a link to resubmit your ID. The link will be active for 2 days so you will have a chance to submit another ID and check if that works.
Once your ID has been verified, wait for a training invitation email within 48 hours where you will be instructed to contact a coach that will facilitate your assessment through Skype.
GOING BACK TO BITSAFE ⬇️
Assuming you have completed the assessment and passed the training, you will be contacted by our Finance team via email to submit your Bitsafe account number where your salary will be sent.

Sign up for the information needed, then verify your email address.
Once verified, it will ask you to install the Bitsafe app to complete validation.
For the newbies asking, yes. There is a separate ID validation on Texting Factory, then another validation on Bitsafe to receive your payment.
Note: You will need to use another phone to scan the QR code. What I did was login using a laptop (or another phone) to generate the QR code then install the app on the phone and scan it there.
Once installed, log in to the app and scan the QR code. Once successful, your app would look like this:

Your Account ID or BAN is found right below your name and is 16 digits. This is what Texting Factory needs to send your salary.
From here, you will not be able to make any transactions yet. Receiving your salary will not be done until you verify your ID.
From the app, there will be a link that says "Verify your ID". Click the link to start the process. The IDs required are:
Passport
Driver's License
Postal ID
Troubleshoot Tip 4: If you do not have the IDs above but still has a primary ID present with your date of birth and expiration date, you can try emailing: accounthelp@bitsafe.support
You can let them know of the pandemic situation and why you are unable to produce the IDs needed and see what they say. Like I said, there are no guarantees but it would be worth giving it a try.
If it is not possible for you to produce the IDs needed, we strongly encourage you to apply for one ASAP. We understand that these IDs take time to be received but you can keep working and increasing your earnings until your Bitsafe account is verified. When this happens, all earnings you have not received will be sent in one payout.
